Individuals applying for this scholarship must be a high school senior and also a patient of record before the current school year.
Dothan Pediatric Healthcare Network employees and family are not eligible. This includes siblings, children, stepchildren, grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
We will begin accepting applications: January 2nd, 2023
Applications are due: March 6th, 2023, by 5:00PM - No Exceptions
It is the student’s responsibility to make sure all parts of the scholarship application are complete and in order.
