The American Academy of Pediatrics recommends all infants receive Hepatitis B immunization and have annual checkups at ages 3,4,5 and every two years thereafter.

IPV - Inactivated Polio Vaccine
DT - Diptheria Tetanus
HiB - Hemophilus Influenzae (Type B Meningitis Vaccine)
MMR - Measles, Mumps, Rubella
HBV - Hepatitis B
PCV - Prevnar Conjugate Vaccine
CBC - Complete Blood Count (including Hemoglobin & Hematocrit)
UA - Urinalysis
TB - Tuberculin Skin Test
PKU - Newborn Screening Exam (Required by State Law)
